Hi, Welcome to Tamim Academy!, I am Mrs. McKay, the Lead K-1 Teacher, and I have been teaching since 2018. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in English Language Learning. My husband, Josh, and I have two children, Connor and Eleanor, and our dog, Bailey. Our family runs a small hobby farm, and I love to bake with goodies from my garden. In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and meeting friends. I believe that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, and socially.
